From College Life to Corporate Life Canteen talks turned into project discussions. Excitement gave way to stress. Laughter is now replaced by a heavy silence. The creative freedom we once had feels like it's been replaced with a routine, stuck in a conventional grind. Parties turned into overtime hours. College schedules were replaced with tight project deadlines. Casual chats with friends are now just client meetings. Birthday celebrations faded into the background of never-ending work. Real connections turned into social media likes and comments. The joy of hostel room conversations turned into the quiet of team meetings. Best friends have become distant memories, replaced by colleagues we barely know. There are no teachers to guide us anymore, just a boss who pushes us harder. There’s no time for casual talk—only project updates. This is the world where responsibilities hit us all at once, a sharp contrast to the carefree days when we didn’t even think about them.

 Success...............           How the success is defined?           ‎ Does it defined based on the money an individual earn?           ‎Does it based on the respect he earned?            Does it based on the fame he earned?            ‎Does it based on the designation he had?           ‎ How, how the success is defined?    ‎ In my perception success cannot be defined globally as the mindset of all the individuals are very different. I think in every one's mindset success is the thing by which they can keep their soul happier either it may be by money or name or fame or designation he had or any other thing. It depends on his perception towards success. Only the individual can decide what the success is for him.
